Sublime kraut is fermented with our fresh horseradish (sooooo grinchy), aromatic herbs including parsley and thyme, and spices like mustard seeds. The “arsenic sauce” is made with our traditionally fermented HOT PEPPER PASTE for a spicy flavorful finish. Sauerkraut (Local & Wild Fermented)
Arsenic Sauce (A Spicy Dressing with BIG Flavor Antidotes)
DIRECTIONS
Bread: Toasted lightly
Toadstools: Sliced and grilled baby portobello mushrooms
Sauerkraut: KRES Sublime Celeriac
Arsenic Sauce (Spicy Dressing):
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon minced shallot (or dried onion)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon KRES Hot Pepper Paste (more or less to taste)
